Veterans
ELIGIBILITY
The VFW welcomes all who meet our eligibility criteria. It is through service to this country that our membership has earned their elite status.
If you have received a campaign medal for overseas service; have served 30 consecutive or 60 non-consecutive days in Korea; or have ever received hostile fire or imminent danger pay, then you are eligible.
The basic requirements are:

Citizen of the United States
-
Have an honorable discharge from the US Armed Forces, or
-
Be currently deployed in the US Armed Forces, or
-
Be on active duty in the US Armed Forces, and have a previous deployment.

Auxiliary
Become a member of the Auxiliary to the Veterans of Foreign Wars of the United States! We have wonderful programs involving local, district, state and national levels of our organization. Be a volunteer and join us!

Sisters/brothesr, half sisters/half brothers, foster and step sisters/stepbrothers (who attained that status prior to age sixteen)

…of persons who were or are eligible for membership in the Veterans of Foreign Wars of the United States. Members must be citizens of the United States and at least 16 years old
